Q:  Is there any demo account that I can use to explore the system?

A:  Yes. You can login as company ID ' DEMO' using password ' suweldonet'. Login as Demo Company

Q:  How can I start using the system?

A:

• First, you create a company account.  Please remember your Company ID and password.
• Second.  You select the payroll schedule for your company.  Weekly, semi-monthly and/or monthly pay periods are allowed.
• Third, you select the computation modes to be applied to your company.  Customized computation modes are available upon request.
• Last.  Enter employee information and their rates.

You can now generate the payroll register.
Q:  What is the process before I can be able to generate payslips?

A:

• First, you create a payroll register.
• Then, at your option, you can edit the payroll register for absences, tardiness or any adjustments you would like.

You can now print the payslips.
Q:  Besides the common semi-monthly payroll, can I process payroll weekly or monthly?

A:  Yes.  Suweldo.net can handle weekly, monthly or semi-monthly pay periods.

Q:  Can I process a combination of weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payroll for one company?

A:  Yes. Suweldo.net can handle a combination of weekly, monthly or semi-monthly pay periods.

Q:  Can I compute payroll based on daily, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly pay rates?

A:  Yes. Rates for Basic pay and Allowance can be set based on daily, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly figures.  These rates can also be applied to any pay period whether weekly, semi-monthly or monthly.

Q:  Can we request a customized payroll computation/formula for my company?
