SUWELDO.NET PRIVACY STATEMENT

1.  Suweldo.net will hold your company information confidential.

2.  Suweldo.net is not connected with the BIR, Social Security System, PhilHealth or Home Development Mutual Fund.

3.  Suweldo.net is privately owned, and is not connected with any government entity.

SUWELDO.NET END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Suweldo.net End User License Agreement ('Agreement') sets forth the terms and conditions under which you are licensed to use Suweldo.net.

Suweldo.net grants to you a non-exclusive license to use suweldo.net, provided that you agree to the following:

1. Use of the Software. 
1.1 You may use suweldo.net for your own company but not for commercial use.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.   LEDGEA AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO ANY MATTERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  SUWELDO.NET AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SUWELDO.NET.

3. Limitation of Liability.  IN NO EVENT WILL SUWELDO.NET OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF A REPRESENTATIVE OF SUWELDO.NET OR ANY SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

Suweldo.net reserves the right to make changes to policies or agreements at any time for any reason without prior notice.
